Utility Assistance

Student Case Management works in partnership with Energy Outreach Colorado to help CSU affiliates (student or staff members) pay past due energy bills. 

You may qualify for assistance if:

  • You are disconnected from service, have a past due heating or electric bill, or are low on fuel.
  • Your household income is at or below 80% of the area median income (AMI).
  • You pay your bill directly to the utility or fuel provider.
  • You have not received assistance yet for this utility from any EOC partner agencies this program year (October 2025 – September 2026)

Things to know about AMI:

  • Your total household income must below the amount listed for your household size.
  • Your household consists of every person living in your house, including yourself.
